The primary goal of this project is to develop a responsive e-commerce website for EMINA, aligning closely with the brand's identity and guidelines. Additionally, we aim to create a mini-blog section within the website to provide engaging and informative content to users. This initiative seeks to enhance EMINA's online presence, offering customers a seamless shopping experience while also providing valuable insights and resources through curated blog content.
Project Challenge
One of the primary challenges we face is the tight timeline for the development of the EMINA website. To address this, we have divided the project into three phases:
First Phase: Semi e-Commerce and focus on product knowledge
Second Phase: Fully functional e-commerce website
Third Phase: Adding the mini-blog feature
Approach
In the first phase, we will focus on creating a semi-e-commerce website, prioritizing product knowledge and brand awareness. Users will be directed to purchase products through marketplace platforms during this phase. We are also want to engage users through interactive features, such as a skin quiz, allowing them to better understand their skin.
What I Learned
Throughout the Emina project, I gained valuable insights into the importance of effective teamwork and managing tight deadlines. Working collaboratively with my colleagues, I discovered the power of communication, coordination, and mutual support in overcoming challenges and achieving our goals. Despite the pressure of tight deadlines, our team remained resilient and focused, leveraging our strengths and resources to deliver high-quality results within the specified timeframe.
